At Her Comfort Club, we're committed to ensuring you're completely happy with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our silk products and want you to love them as much as we do.
Your Consumer Rights
Your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand). These laws guarantee that your products must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited, and nothing in our policy affects these guarantees. For any concerns regarding faulty or defective items, please reach out to us at support@hercomfortclub.com.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us immediately at support@hercomfortclub.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Changed Your Mind?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you'd like to return an item for an exchange or refund, we're happy to help — provided the product is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, pillowcases and eye masks cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty or defective.
For returns, please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. A small shipping fee may apply for exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. This exclusion does not impact your statutory consumer rights under Australian or New Zealand law.
How to Process a Return
- Contact us at support@hercomfortclub.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Send via trackable post
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
