Order Processing
We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional day as our fulfillment team works to prepare your Her Comfort Club order with care.
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Within Australia
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $120
All Australian orders are sent via express post for fast, reliable delivery.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Metro areas: 2-3 business days
- Regional areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote locations: 5-7 business days
Standard Shipping (Orders Under $120):
- Flat rate: $9.95
- Delivery: 3-5 business days nationwide
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Confirmation email with tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Contact Us page with your order number.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for the latest update
- Confirm the delivery address was entered correctly
- Check with neighbors or building reception

We take delivery seriously and will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues quickly.
Peak Period Notice
During major sales events, public holidays, or the days following public holidays, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for dispatch. Our team works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Peak periods include:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday
- Christmas and New Year period
- Valentine's Day
- Mother's Day
- Easter
- End of Financial Year sales
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We're working to expand our shipping destinations - sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.
